I have been part of the Charles Birch team for over five years and I am responsible for sourcing and purchasing the products we offer, as well as managing the clearance of our oldest product lines.

I’m passionate about both our business and our customers, always striving to secure the best products at the best prices. Building strong, long-term relationships with our suppliers is a key part of my role, helping us deliver outstanding value and service to our loyal customers.

One of my favourite aspects of our product range is anything that encourages creativity in repairs. Giving customers the tools and materials to repair rather than replace not only showcases their skills and craftsmanship but also helps reduce landfill—something that's incredibly important to us at Charles Birch.
