How do I update my log in details?
Click on your account at the top of the page and go to 'My Details' to change your account password. If you are having trouble logging in please contact customer service on 0113 243 3871.
Can I pay my account on your website?
Yes, click on your account at the top of the page and within the 'My Account' section you can log into the 'Charles Birch Account Portal'.
Within the portal you can manage your account including making a payment, view invoices, credit notes, orders, statements and delivery notes. You can also download a PDF copy.
Can I request a sales visit?
Yes, you can find your local representative's details here.
